02/16/2012 - My name is Cindy and I am a recent first time customer. I wanted to let you know that the customer service representative named Karla was so extremely helpful, very patient and kind. The process was a little bit difficult for me because I just today had new windows installed in my whole house so measuring and figuring out what would fit was a real task. Karla was so very helpful and pretty much walked me through what I should order (as I know she is trained to do) but she was so much more. She was very good about understanding what difficulty I was having trying to figure out what would fit. I usually would not send you this, however it is nice to have someone be so considerate and I think she should be recognized for it. Good help is so very hard to find these days! She is an asset to your company and because of her I ordered through this company. I will spread the word about what a good experience I had.

01/30/2012 - I ordered wood blinds for our cabin. Since the inside walls are all pine I was concerned about color, but the Texas Oak worked very well. The quality of these blinds was better than the expensive ones they replaced. They raise, lower and rotate smoothly. I have already placed an order for verticals and have spread the word about the fine customer service and prompt delivery.
